Margo Rose was first certified as a personal and group fitness wellness trainer in 2001. Her specialties include Functional Fitness, Senior Wellness and simple workouts for busy people that can be done in a variety of locations.
She wants to help you learn how to make skillful, practical choices about staying healthy, even if your current circumstances are challenging.
Her background includes: dance, yoga, strength training, outdoor circuit exercise, injury reduction and comfort-focused fitness. Margo Rose has worked in gyms, including Gold's Gym of Oakland, a chiropractic office and her own personal training studio for many years.
She has since discovered that excellent health improvements are possible when she sees clients in their own homes, offices and local parks. When you are able to add new exercises and attitudes that fit into your real life, progress can be very exciting and last long after the sessions have ended!
She works with clients on an out call basis to: Alameda, Oakland, Emeryville, Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga and Walnut Creek.
