I will be 101 years old soon and I've lost my vision so it's not so easy to exercise. Margo Rose comes to my apartment for our sessions and we always have a fun time together!

When we are done with our fitness I feel like I have worked each part of my body and that's good. My caregivers say that is easier to help me get dressed and move around because I'm staying strong.

I always feel comfortable with Margo Rose because I know that no matter how I'm feeling we will always find a way to do some exercise.

Margo and I started working our together two years ago when I was 75 years old. I had been having far too many accidental falls and in a video from my 75th birthday party I was shocked to see how curved forward my posture had become.

Even though I rarely exercise on my own (the way Margo's is always encouraging) our two sessions a week have resulted in huge quality-of-life improvements! I was able to reduce the amount of blood pressure medication I take, my daughter now trusts that I am physically capable of babysitting my two beautiful granddaughters (which she had started to doubt) and my improved balance, posture and strength are obvious in how I stand and move...I am much more confident and hopeful about my future.

Margo Rose has been a fitness trainer for my elderly and infirm mother for a few years now. Part of that service includes reports following each session noting the successes, concerns and recommendations. That's a great comfort and makes us a team. Over the years she has gone to see my mother wherever she was - at home, in the hospital, in skilled nursing or assisted living.

She coordinates with the other caregivers to be sure her work supports and compliments their work, too. She is gentle and appropriate with my mother who has intermittent pain and ill health and Margo Rose does, or refrains from doing, whatever makes good sense. When it comes to fitness, she is very knowledgeable. She also has a sense of humor and excellent insights. Margo is helpful in ways beyond simply fitness. I recommend Margo Rose for the excellent and loving care she provides for an elderly parent and would give her a 10 out of 10.
